For the iPhone and iPad game published on the App Store by Nuance Tecnologia Financeira LTDA. Last updated: 4 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The game is made and published by Nuance Tecnologia Financeira LTDA ("we"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the game does not do

• It does not ask for your name, e-mail, age, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
• It has no account and no sign-in.
• It shows no ads and contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code from anyone.
• It does not use the advertising identifier and does not read any device identifier.
• It makes no network connections of its own: the game plays fully offline.
• It sells nothing: there are no in-app purchases.
• It has no chat and no way to share anything you write or make.

3. What stays on your device

To work, the game keeps a few things on your iPhone or iPad. They never leave it through the game, and we cannot see them:

• your settings (music, sound, voices, haptics, screen orientation, language, motion);
• your best results (best wave and number of victories) and your progress in the tutorial;
• the game in progress, so it can continue after you close the app;
• pictures of the map the game prepares to start faster (a cache the system may clear at any time).

Deleting the app deletes all of this. Like every app's data, it is included in your device's own backups (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer) if you use them; those backups are Apple's service and are covered by Apple's privacy policy.

4. Apple's services

Some things happen through Apple, not through us. Apple handles them under its own privacy policy:

• The App Store, where you download the game. Apple may give developers anonymous, combined statistics (for example the number of downloads per country). They never identify you.
• Crash reports and usage data, only if you allowed it in iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers). Apple then shares anonymous crash reports with us, which we use only to fix bugs. You can turn this off at any time.
• The rating request: after a won game, at most once per version, the game may ask iOS to show Apple's "rate this app" window. iOS decides whether it appears; any rating you give goes to Apple.

5. When you write to us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and what you write. We use them only to answer you and to fix what you report. We do not add you to any list, we do not share your message with anyone, and we delete it when it is no longer needed to help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Children

The game is not made specifically for children, but because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either. It has no ads, no chat and no purchases. Parents can manage the game with Apple's Screen Time.

7. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, Brazil's LGPD and the CCPA in California give you rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, and to object to its use. Because the game does not collect personal data, we hold none about you through the game. If you have written to us, you can use these rights for your e-mail by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

If a future version changes anything that touches your data, we will update this page before that version is released and change the date at the top. We will never add advertising or tracking.
